He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lloyd Davis, William J. Lambert, Frank Davis, Mary Noble Hollins, Ruth Hollins, Syble Blakney and Sunny Byrd.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Davis; his children, Tommy Davis (Sheila) and Debra Davis Young (Charley); his grandchildren, Kenneth Lee Wilbanks, Jennifer Morris (Bucky), Jessica Davis and Michael Todd Davis; his great grandchildren, Dawson Hollan, Ryan Davis, Paige Willms, Michael Lane Barbee and Madalyn Davis; his great great grandchildren, Liberty Grace and Brynlee Anne; and his sister Shirley Harris.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka (302 N Pearl St, Iuka, MS 38852). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
