She was predeceased by: her husband Ruble Dulaney; her parents, James Edward and Eula Rowen Hale; and her siblings, Lela Barnett (Maury), Jimmie McCollum (Bill), Hollis Hale (JoAnn) and J. C. Hale (Louise).
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Dulaney (Peggy) of Zion, IL and Paul Dulaney (Cindi) of Bristol, WI; her grandsons, Mark Dulaney (Elizabeth) of Trevor, WI and Timothy Dulaney of Trevor, WI; her great grandchildren, Cullen Dulaney (Caitlyn) of Lake Villa, IL and Morgan Dulaney; and her close friend Gail Coggins of Fulton, MS.. She is also survived by Twin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Iuka Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star or to the American Cancer Society.
