He is survived by: his wife Carol Cupples of Iuka; his sons, Jerry Sullivan and Bobby Sullivan; his sisters, Lemetra Sue "Susie" Beames of Iowa and Debbie Wilson of Iuka; and his grandchildren, Emily Sullivan of Orange, CA, Josh Sullivan, Patrice Sullivan of San Antonio, TX and Starla Boyles of Iuka. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
