She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Downen; her stepson Huey Downen; her granddaughter Valerie Grace Rose Hoover; her great grandchild Christian Edward Lee Hoover; her siblings, Tommy Janes (Sandy), Bobby Janes, Ruby Simmons (Danny) and Vera Mauney (Randle); and her close friend Angel. She is also survived by 5 great great-grandchildren.
