She is survived by: her nephews, Todd Shook (Jana), Brandt Shook (Amy) and Chad Shook (Saundra Briley); her niece Melody Shook Senn (Billy); her great-nephew Maze Shook (Carah); her great-nieces, Paisley Shook and Laura Grace Shook; and her caregiver Cindy Aguilar.
