Oakes; her children, Karl Ragan (Tresia), Jeff Ragan (Beverly) and Irene Wilder (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Kristy, Amanda, Stephanie, Jonathan, Brittany and Sarah. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
