He is survived by: his children, Matthew Puckett (Emily), Zac Puckett (Ashley) and Jennifer Harrison; his grandchildren, Langston Puckett, Brewer Puckett, Emma Shea Puckett and Allie Grace Puckett; and his nephews, Christopher and Scott Puckett.
