He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alfred Dendy and Susie Faye Cook Green; and his sister Susan Ramey. He is survived by: his wife Penny Dendy; his daughters, Gaela Lashley (Greg), Tracie Nash (Alan), Amanda Dendy, Candy Owens (Jonathan) and Adrian Wilbanks (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Garrett Lashley, Kaleigh Colburn, Tyler Lashley, Kayla Owens, Ross Nash, Kalee Lathrop, Morgan Wilbanks, Olivia Williams, Jathan Owens, Lane Wilbanks and Aiden Dendy. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
