She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jack" and Sarah Page Eady. She is survived by: her husband Walter Williams, Sr of Iuka, MS; her siblings, Doris Fant (late Felix) of Detroit, MI, James Eady (Laura) of Cherokee, AL and Larry Eady of Cherokee, AL; her aunt Ioda Ford of Florence, AL; and her mother-in-law Eula Leonard of Iuka, MS. She is also survived by one daughter, Alanson Holiday of Iuka, MS; five sons, Shaune (Chenelle) Holiday of Tupelo, MS; Demetric Williams of Corinth, MS; Jermaine (Annya) Duckett of Iuka, MS; Walter Williams Jr of Booneville, MS; Derrick Wilson of Iuka, MS; 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
