He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfred, Kay Russo, Hoyt and Valerie Strickland. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Daniel Russo, Sr. and Beverly Strickland Russo; his brother Richard D. Russo, II; his sister-in-law Sarah Bailey Russo; and his nieces and nephews, Gabriella Russo, Trey Russo, Clay Russo and Olivia Russo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and church family members.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking for monetary donations to the Lucas Russo Memorial Scholarship Fund.
