It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lora Maye Nunley Floyd of Iuka, Mississippi, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Floyd; and her parents, Annie Nunley and Myrrel "Dude" Nunley. She is survived by: her daughter Mayecilla Boston; her grandsons, David (Alicia), Jonathan (Christi) and Michael Hart (Mandi); her great grandchildren, Kyle (Sarah), Sophia, Nathan, Dylan, Alexandra, Ethan, Josiah, Victoria and Daniel Hart; her great great grandchildren, Jacoby, Joseph and Xavier Hart; and her sister-in-law Elsie Nunley. She is also survived by 3 nieces; 3 nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka (302 N Pearl St, Iuka, MS 38852). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
