He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Lottie Burnette, T. R. and Gracie Mauldin; and his aunt Brenda Davis.

He is survived by: his fiancé Diamond Williams; his parents, Robert Tigner and Phyllis Tigner; his daughter Serenity Lane Tigner; his sister Ida Elaine Jones; his niece Alize Jones; his nephews, Robert Jones and Josaiah Taylor; his aunt Lavelle Doles; his uncles, Wayne Serrett and Randall Burnette; and his great-aunt Mary Ann Raines. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

Donations may be made in Levi's honor towards the funeral bill at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka.
