He is survived by: his wife Alice Johnson Adams; his daughters, Sue Pollard, Amy Kugle, Angela Adams (Russell Weaver) and Deanna Hulen (Christopher); and his sisters, Linda Adams and Elsie Shank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
