He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Kelly and Rebekah Lewis Williams. He is survived by: his wife Janice Sewell Williams; his sons, Jack Kelly Williams (Hank Re) of Dallas, TX and Elton Rey Williams (Wendy) of Iuka, MS; and his grandchildren, Brandon Williams, Ashley Rose, Rebekah Calhoun, Kendra Williams, Hannah Williams, Amber Williams and Ivy Williams. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and numerous friends.
