She was predeceased by: her husband Roger James; her daughter Michelle James Rye; and her parents, Mary Braun and Carl Braun. She is survived by: her children, Tracy James, Jason James (Carrie), Nathaniel James (Lorie), Matthew James and Lauren Gattis (Daniel); her grandchildren, Hannah Parsons (Covy), Katelyn Hardwick (Nathan), Jordan Hardwick (Ashley), Justin Hardwick, Everett James, Evie James, Erin Rorie (Dillan), Hope Tigner (Hayden), Jake Whitehead (Danielle), Julianna South (Chandler), Paisley James, Bailee Gattis (Garrett) and Brynlee Gattis; and her great grandchild Yorkie. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka (302 N Pearl St, Iuka, MS 38852). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
