We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2018, at the age of 72, John R. Kent Sr. (Iuka, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard William and Ruby Adele Clark Kent; and his brother William "Bounce" Kent. He is survived by: his wife Londie Kent of Iuka; his children, Carra Purvis (Robert Purvis) of Meridian, MS, Anna Kent Helton (Sean) of Iuka and John R. Kent, II of Iuka; his siblings, Cheryl Clark (Richard) of Iuka and Tony Kent (Charlotte) of Iuka; and his grandchildren, Sophia Purvis, Vallie Purvis, Juliana Helton and Quinlan Helton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
