He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Gonzales; his brothers, Joe and Jessie Gonzales; and his grandson J. R. Ventrella. He is survived by: his children, Debra Scott (Walter), Linda Bonds and Larry Bonds (Geraldine); and his grandchildren, Josh Bonds, Catherine Scott (Jhovanny) and John Ventrella. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
