He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Patrick; his daughter Kari Horn; his parents, Willis Edward and Aileen Boston Patrick; and his grandson Garrett Horn.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Carson (Chris), Bobbie Patrick and Edward "Andy" Patrick; his grandchildren, Kayla Carson, Makenzie Horn and Lindsie Horn; his great grandchild Eli Garrett Horn; his son-in-law Jeff Horn; and his siblings, Margaret Harber, Paul Patrick and Jane Pleasant (Bubba).
Donations may be made in Joe's honor towards the funeral bill at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka.
