She was predeceased by: her husband Estle South; her parents, Charles F. Moore and Mary Lee Russell Moore; her siblings, Martha Old, William Howard Moore and Charlie Moore, Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Odell Parsons, Jimmy Studdard and Tom Old; and her grandson-in-law A. J. Lovins.
She is survived by: her pets, Bonnie and Clyde; her sons, Maxey South (Robin) and Marvin South (Sharon); her sisters, Imogene Parsons and Dianne Studdard; her grandchildren, Nathan South (Hannah), Erin Davis (Garrett), Luke South and Jacob South; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel South, Bridgette South, Gabe Davis, Raiden Davis, Trinity Davis and Silas Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the New Salem Cemetery Fund or the American Heart Association.
