He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Short and Ida Short; and his sister Hildra Mann. He is survived by: his brother Buryl Short (Rena) of Clifton Arizona; and his cousin Myra Strom (Rich) of Iuka. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
