He is survived by: his son Skylar Maxwell; his siblings, Gary Maxwell, Jerry "Tuggy" Ray Borden Jr. (Regina), Sandra Heaps (Jimmy) and Heather Arnold; his stepmother Sandra Rast; and his friend Deputy Jeff Clark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
