He is survived by: his wife Shelia; his daughter-in-law Martha Ann; his nephew Michael; his nieces, Sandra (Tim), Pam (Larry) and Allison; his brother Mark Hooker; his sister-in-law Mary Ruth Hooker; and his nephews, Mark, Jr. and Dan (Lynn).
