He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmus Watkins and Josie Massey Watkins; his daughter Tammy Wilson; and his brother Raymond Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Frances Wiggington Watkins; his siblings, Becky Tucker and Albert Watkins; and his close friend Gary Kenaum. He is also survived by two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
