He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott and Henrietta Dixon Scott; and his son Steve Scott. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Turner Scott; and his children, Carol Ann Smith (Ronnie), Billie Joe Kennedy (Chuck), David Scott (Gina), Janet Carter (Barney) and John Scott (Kim). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
