She was predeceased by: her husband Willie J. Carlisle, Jr.; and her parents, Lilly Mae and Harvey Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter Patsy Puckett; her granddaughter Leslie Brewer; her great grandchildren, Harley Barrett and Patrick Hopkins; and her great great grandchildren, Effie Claire Razutis, Mekhaell Sullivan and Jayden Sullivan.
