He was predeceased by: his parents, William Basil and Rebecca Doss McIntosh; his siblings, Margaret Grizaffi, George McIntosh, Reeder Binkley, Carolyn Frizzell and Max Sennett; his granddaughter Summer McIntosh; and his son-in-law Mikie Thacker.
He is survived by: his children, Earl McIntosh (Rhonda), Al McIntosh (Dana), Becky Thacker, David Sennett (Angie), James Sennett (Jodie) and Mary Williams (James); his grandchildren, Jeremy Hardwick (Natalie), Josh Thacker (Heather), Will McIntosh (Leah), Harley McIntosh, Allie McIntosh, Lance McIntosh and Lucas McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Ayven, Kaycen Hardwick, Bentley, Hadley Thacker, Harper and Eli McIntosh; his sisters, Rosa Patterson, Jeanette Blansett and Shelia Sips; and his close friends, Jeff Edmondston and Michelle Hagelston.
