He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Evans and Lucy Evans. He is survived by: his sons, Donald Ray Evans (Betty) of Arkansas and Billy Ray Evans of Arkansas; his stepdaughters, Robin Dunn of Teoc, MS and Tammy McKee (Buddy) of Itta Bena, MS; and his sister-in-law Sherry Kelly (David) of Itta Bena, MS. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
