He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Kelly and Eva Lou Kelly of Itta Bena; and his siblings, Charles Evelyn, Talmadge and Kimble Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Smith Kelly; his sons, Andy Kelly of Jackson and Patrick Kelly (Sunnye) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Katherine, Bennett, Isaac and Cappie; his niece Brenda Carpenter; and his nephews, Jerry Kelly and Danny Kelly.
