He was predeceased by: his parents, William McAlpine Garvin, Jr. and Leona Olga Grant Garvin; and his son Michael Wayne Garvin. He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Wayne Garvin of Isola, William Eugene Garvin of Greenwood and Debbie Hearn of Marks.
