He was predeceased by: his parents, Red Bell and Fannie Bell. He is survived by: his sisters, Peggy B. Tedford of Waveland and Charlotte Sibley of Inverness; his nephew Mike Sibley of Waxhaw; and his nieces, Brooks Sibley of Matthews and Becky Tedford Partington of Cumberland.
