She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Bobo and Jeffie Hopper Bobo; her husbands, Joe Melton and Benjamin Johnson; and her sisters, Del McIntire and Ruby Maureen McIntyre.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Stevens of Inverness, Patricia Langley (Jimmy) of Lula, JoAnn Ware of Hattiesburg and Debra Wilson of Virginia; and her niece Sarah Cranford of Anguilla. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 11 great - great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude or Anguilla Baptist Church.
