He was predeceased by: his parents, John Winfield Ammons and Eva Lee Smith Ammons; and his wife Mary Evelyn Fleet Ammons. He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth Clark (Beth) and John Fleet Ammons (Charlene) of Inverness; his grandchildren, Chris Ammons (Yancy) of Denver, Jared Clark (Jessi) of Bowling Green, Rachael Ammons Whitaker (Curtis) of Houston, Katie Clark of Nashville and John Clark (Morgan) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Evelyn Clark of Bowling Green, Lark Ammons of Denver and Jude Whitaker of Houston.
