She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Roebuck and Mary Ruth Hansell Roebuck. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Tarver of Inverness; her son Charles Brad Fowler (Cindy) of Inverness; her grandchildren, Britney Fowler Hicks (Justin) of Inverness and Dalton Fowler of Cleveland; her great grandchild Lake Hicks; her siblings, Jetty Walker, Betty Glenn of Columbus, Donnis McGaugh (Frank) of Inverness, Alice Lindsey (James) of Inverness, Patsy Miller (Freddy) of Oakland, Kat Touchet of Maine and John Roebuck of Memphis, Tennessee; her close friend Lisa; and her stepchildren, Donna Tarver, Denise Etherton, Kim Debow, Chris Tarver and Mark Tarver. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
