He is survived by: his significant other Ann McDonnell Fratesi of Indianola; his daughter Jessica Leigh Tanner; his sister Carol Tanner Murphy Yates (Robert McGinness) of Charlotte, NC; and his nephews, David Paul Murphy, Jr. of Lancaster, SC and Mark Scott Murphy (Kely) of Lancaster, SC.
