He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas George Vance and Eva Keith Vance; and his brothers, Wallace Vance and Willard Vance. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bullock Vance of Indianola; his sons, Thomas Gerald Vance, Jr. (Stacy) of Jackson and Robert Todd Vance (Shawna) of Brandon; his siblings, Ed Vance (Sue) of Greenville, Duley Vance of Indianola, Larry Vance (Sandra) of Indianola and Carolyn Abney of Tupelo; his sisters-in-law, Faye Vance of Indianola and Charlotte Vance of Tupelo; and his grandchildren, Mary Kimble Pearson, Riley Grace Vance, Colin Vance, Justin Vance, Matthew Trice, Drew Trice and Colby Vance. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
