She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Selmer and Ruby Lee Cummins; her siblings, Ellis, Coolidge, Jewel, Helen, Hilda and Mildred; her husband Robert Walter Hughes, Sr. (Bobby); her children, Cynthia McElmurray (Mike) of Kingwood, Texas and Walter (Marilyn) of Memphis, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Ben McElmurray (Kristin), Leigh McElmurray, Rob Hughes (Allison) and Julia Stonebrook (Cole). She was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren.
