He is survived by: his children, Michael Joseph of Moreno Valley and Patrice Rhondelle of Fremont; his former wife Barbara Jefferson of Lubbock; and his daughter Regina Yvette (Candice Marie) of Las Vegas. He is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a multitude of caring friends.
