She is survived by: her children, Don Willoughby of Phoenix, Arizona and Debbie Willoughby of Indianola; her stepchildren, Randy Nichols (Sarah), Stan Nichols and Sandi Nichols McLemore (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Austin Willoughby, Timothy Willoughby, Ashley Willoughby McPhail (Marcus), Brent Willoughby, Chris Pope (Pamela), Charlotte Johnson (Leon), Will Nichols (Cheryl) and Elizabeth Lott (Jacob).
