He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas David Keith and Etta Mae Pate Keith. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sharp Keith of Indianola; his children, Ashley Phillips, Kristin Wood (Josh) and T. C. Keith of Mize; his stepchildren, Holly Anthony Farmer (Earl) of Indianola and John Paul Anthony of Indianola; his siblings, Anne Rivers (Kenny) of Merryville, Tennessee and Mike Keith (Janet) of Desarc, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Walker Anthony, Weston Farmer, Bryson Wood, Brantley Wood, Braden Wood, Brenton Wood, Tyson Phillips, Clay Phillips and Brianna Phillips.
