He was predeceased by: his sisters, Charlotte, Alice and Tina Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Johnson of Indianola; and his siblings, Jeff Johnson of Freeport, Howard Johnson of Taos and Charleen Johnson of Jacksonville, Ark.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He died from complications due to COVID-19.
