She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Hendon Shettles (Anthony) of Thaxton; and her grandchildren, Katie Boutwell, Julianna Boutwell, DJ Boutwell and Cody Hendon. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and her dog Pup Pup.
