She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bertha Crowell and Jim Tom Crowell; her husband J. D. Allen; her daughters, Beth Lyon (Rupe), Amy Barron (Greg) and Nancy; and her grandchildren, Jackie Mulkey, Allen Lyon, Claire Williamson, James Russell, Elise Grenley, John Russell and Alice Myers. She was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
