Perkins (Leslie) of Greenleaf; his mother Sally Brown (Howard) of Hernando; his sister Mary Ellenberg of Byhalia; his grandchildren, Matthew Bernard, Ashley Evans, Emmy Evans, Olivia Grace Bernard, Emilee Clark, Haylee Clark, Leah Doyle, Brandon Doyle, Wyatt Doyle and Bryson Doyle; and his great grandchildren, Blayden Avery Doyle and Lennex Reign Doyle.
