She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Hancock; her parents, James Arnold and Bernice Chamberlin; and her siblings, Jean Dunaway and James Arnold Chamberlin Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Will Hancock (Jo Ann) of Independence, MS, Mark Hancock (Diane) of Hernando, MS and Holt Hancock of Washington; her brother Larry Chamberlin (Ann) of Hernando, MS; and her grandchildren, Christen Gates (Brian), Andrew Hancock, Katie Hancock, Josh Hancock and Lauren Hancock. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
