She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Polk and Renee Baker; her grandchildren, Wayne Hollis (Danielle), Brandon McDonald (Shana), Heather Brister (Nick) of Robert, Heath Baker and Kaitlyn Freeman (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Dylan McDonald, Drew McDonald (Macie), Jordan Dean (Alonna), Abby Dean, Layne Hollis, Lauryn Hollis, Garrett McDonald, Gracie McDonald, Lanna Grace Hollis, Anden Brister, Adaleigh Brister, Brayleigh Miller, Kylen Freeman, Lucas McDonald and Magnolia Freeman; and her siblings, Dwight Horton (Janice), Debra Foreman (Victor), Dora Thompson (Bobby) and Dell Horton (Debbie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
