He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown Finley; his children, Rickey Finley, Rhonda Finley, Rusty Finley, Carlos Brown (Inez), Erma Judd (Stephen) and Floyd Brown (Laura); his grandchildren, Clark Finley (Ashley), Megan Bickham and Molly Finley; his great grandchildren, Allyson, Cole, Presley and Jackson Finley; and his sibling Bradis Crocker (Lavern). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
