He is survived by: his parents, Donald Nicklason and Rosemary Nicklason of Roseburg, OR; his wife Karen Nicklason; his son Brian Nicklason (Kassie) of Lucedale, MS; his siblings, Penny East of Hattiesburg, MS, Joni Whiting (Dean) and Ed Nicklason of Roseburg, OR; his mother-in-law Marion Trehern of Pascagoula, MS; his siblings-in-law, Judy Applegate (Rodney) of Ocean Springs, MS, Jan Hiestand (Dale) of Lucedale, MS and Tim Trehern (Marian) of Pascagoula, MS; his nephews, Matt Whiting (Casey) of Pelkie, MI and Nathan Whiting of Gainesville, TX; his great-nieces, Tatiana, Annabelle and Ivory Whiting of Pelkie, MI; and his nieces, Amanda Bexley (Chris) of Vancleave, MS and Kayla Trehern of Gretna, LA. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and great friends.
