He was predeceased by: his father Herbert M. Caraway; his siblings, Christine Craig, Sara Sullivan and Monroe Gene Caraway; and his great grandchild Hunter Moak.
He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Caraway; his children, Melissa Caraway (Linzi), Aleta Treece (Jeffrey) and Jonathan Moak (Tamara); his grandchildren, Shanna Nichols (Ryan), Ben Worlund (Cassie), Geoffrey Treece, John Charles Moak (Caitlyne), Jake Randall Moak (Megan), James Edward Moak (Heather) and Tyler Caraway-Appleby; his great grandchildren, Kalab Nichols, Raven Merz (Josiah), Analeigh Nichols, Timothy Treece, Jonathan Moak, Brantley Moak, Caleb Drum, Jaxon Moak and Landon Apperson; and his sisters, Carolyn Stough (Guy), Marguerite Hamner (Bruce), Martha Ann Waldrop (Joe), Julia Kay Caraway Holliman and Sherry Agnes Spack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
