It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elijah Kane Porter of Hurley, Mississippi, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Ben Porter and Jerhi Porter (Vice); his siblings, Winston Williams and Landry Porter; his grandparents, Gerald, Pam Vice, Benny and Pat Porter; and his aunts and uncles, Laurie (Sammy Ryder), Casey (Tina Vice), Laura (R. E. Whittington), Becky (Mark Vice) and Joel (Rhonda Porter). He is also survived by cousins, who were also his best friends.
