He is survived by: his wife Lori Chisholm Thomas; his children, Benjamin Thomas (Brooke) and Denise Duke (Virginia); his mother Doris Thomas; his mother-in-law Sherry Stewart (Hurley); his brothers, Danny Thomas and Dustin Thomas (Kathy); his sister-in-law Lisa Chisholm Quesada (Guillermo); his grandchildren, Hayden Van, Elisha Van and Abraham "Bram" Thomas; and his pet Jack Jack.
